Unsere kleine Natursteinfinca liegt eingebettet zwischen den alten Orangengärten (Horta) von Sóller. Sóller wurde 2011 zum Weltkulturerbe ernannt. Ein Paradies für Wanderer, Fahrradfahrer, Taucher und Wassersportler. Zwei Wanderwege führen direkt vom Haus aus in die herrliche Umgebung. In wenigen Autominuten sind das Zentrum von Sóller und der Strand und Puerto Sóller zu erreichen. Palma mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulturellen Angeboten ist 35 min entfernt.

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
