Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Guest house close to the water and near Stockholm.

A modern guesthouse (2014) where you can sleep at night and work during the day. Pentry kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower. You can access places such as Kista, Sollentuna, Solna and Stockholm City from the bus stop 450 meters away. Edsviken (fjord) is only 200 meters away where you can swim during summer and ice skate during winter. In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

Lakeside living 20 mins from central Stockholm

Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment overlooking the beautiful lake of Norrviken, 20 minutes north of central Stockholm. A quiet, residential area north of Stockholm with nearby boat club (renting SUP boards and canoes) as well as kids friendly beach. Short walk to supermarket, butcher and take away restaurants. Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Schöne, neugebaute Wohnung, nah am Wasser

Ausgeruht wachen Sie in dem bequemen Doppelbett auf. Gestern Abend sind Sie am Flughafen Arlanda gelandet und nach nur 15 Minuten Autofahrt waren Sie schon da, in der Wohnung im Haus mit dem großen Garten, am See Norrviken. Sie genießen erstmal einen Kaffee auf der Terrasse und machen dann einen kurzen Spaziergang zur nächsten Badebrücke, für einen morgendlichen Schwimm. Stockholm erreichsen Sie in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Abends kochen Sie und entspannen sich in der Wohnung.

Vårt boende är en perfekt oas för avkoppling och gemenskap. Här kan du njuta av ett härligt utekök för grillkvällar med familj och vänner, samtidigt som du kopplar av i jacuzzin under stjärnorna. En lyxig gästsvit med egen ingång och havsvy

Unna dig en lyxig vistelse i Stockholms fina naturområdet nära till stan (ca 15 minuter till Stockholm centrum med bil). Du ska få bo i en nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 40m2 med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter och njuta av en oslagbar utsikt över Edsviken. Om du gillar att paddla finns det möjlighet till att hyra en kajak.

A small house in a nice area, 12 km from Stockholm city center and 20 minutes from Arlanda airport. The house offers high standard and a stunning view towards Stockholm. Close to the house there is a small beach, public transportation (30 min to city), 5 min walk to supermarket.
