La piscina, il giardino sono spazi condivisi da entrambe le suite. Accesso alla scogliera direttamente dalla villa. Da entrambe si gode di una bellissima vista del golfo di catania e il monte Etna.

Nella stagione estiva si può usufruire di una doppia piscina ad uso esclusivo, ampio solarium con doccia esterna annessa. N.B. la piscina rimane aperta dal 1 maggio al 15 ottobre. Nell'area esterna vi è la presenza di gatti.

Casa luminosissima con ampie porte finestre che affacciano sul giardino. Piscina con doccia esterna. Superficie Casa oltre 140 metri quadrati con ambiente giorno unico (cucina e soggiorno).
