Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
