There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. So you do need to go outside and into the main area when you require the bathroom.

The Byre - secluded retreat with incredible views

Originally built in the mid 1600’s, The Byre was converted from a cow shed to a dwelling in the mid 1980’s. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment to bring it up to date. We are surrounded by 15,000 acres of forests, perfect for walking and cycling. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome and we ask that dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings or on the beds. Please make sure that you check your dogs in when making your reservation as a fee of £20 is applicable.

Bronturnor Cottage is situated on a small farm near Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The cottage is in a peaceful rural setting, yet close to shops and other amenities. The cottage will sleep 4-6 and has a large living room with views towards the Ffestiniog Railway. Being a converted barn the cottage has plenty of character with exposed beams in the living room. We live next door in the farmhouse and will be on hand to welcome you.
