Self contained modern annexe

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. The Loft House is situated 3 miles from Stratford upon Avon and 4 miles from historic Warwick, the public bus runs between the two towns every hour with a stop 200 metres from the Loft House entrance. It has full gas central heating, all linen is supplied offers a cosy comfortable lounge with TV and radio, a fully equipped dining/kitchen, one large bedroom, with en suite including bath and shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and storage for cases etc.
