A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

The Old Bank restaurant which is listed in the Michelin guide is also within strolling distance and the village store is just around the corner. Cranston Cottage is perfect for couples. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Owl’s Hoot is a newly created holiday let in the popular North Norfolk village of Snettisham. This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.

Safe storage for bicycles in your accommodation. Situated in a quiet residential area of the village, the accommodation is separate from the house, but I live in the joining property.
