I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Private dock with water access and a public boat ramp near make this an ideal fishing destination. Recent renovations to a large portion of the home including updated bathrooms, new paint, and flooring. Plenty of room to relax both inside and out with a sun porch, deck, and patio. You will love the sunrises and sunsets at "The Landing”. No pets allowed!

Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

A ~15 minute drive will take you to the Emerald Isle beaches or Swansboro to walk the historic district and visit the many shops and restaurants

We are nestled back off the road in a private setting with carport parking, washer/dryer, Wifi, an outdoor shower (shared with the home next door), clothesline, and a fenced yard. The yard is shared with another house on the property and IS PET FRIENDLY!
