This cozy cottage sits right on the beautiful Brewster River and is immersed within 20 acres of nature tucked away in the mountains. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

Retreat to the Green Mountains at Smuggler’s Notch Resort! This condo is Ski in/ski out! Located on the second floor- you have stunning views of the slopes and mountains. You can enjoy the sunset from the privacy of your own balcony. Out the front door of the building- you are less than 100 steps to the Village Center and the Village Lift! You are welcome to enjoy all amenities the Resort has to offer- pools, hot tubs, waterparks, the reservoirs, etc. Please note the resort requires a day-pass.

This condo is perfectly located just steps from the village center, offering easy access to everything Smuggs has to offer. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the patio and enjoy free perks like ultra-fast Starlink Wi-Fi, cable TV, a heat pump, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a well-stocked kitchen. The condo is dog-friendly so you can bring along your 4 legged friend to keep you company. Sleeps up to six with a queen bed upstairs, two twin beds downstairs, and a queen pull-out couch.

Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes. Blue - 2 Mins to Smugglers ski Mtns - Dog Friendly

Welcome to Blue Jay’s Blue Chalet, a pet-friendly adventure hub in the woods, beside a stream and less than 500 yards from Smugglers’ Notch Resort. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a loft trundle with two twins, accessed by a steep, narrow staircase that’s full of charm but not for everyone. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, and easy access to hiking, skiing, and a nearby pub. From October to May, the Notch road to Stowe closes; the alternate drive is about 50 minutes.

The condo is part of Smugglers Notch Resort. The condo is in an excellent location - a three minute walk to the Village Center and the Village Ski Lift. Hiking and outdoor adventure a short walk away. The unit is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining and living room areas. Please note that the condo does not have air conditioning. Due to the condo being in the mountains, it is very comfortable with average temperatures in the low 60s each night

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
