Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

A Mountain Rose is a cozy, 2-bdrm home in the magnificent pines & cedars of Pollock Pines in the Sierra Mountains. Trees are bountiful & their smells are relaxing & refreshing! Our little home is a great place for a romantic getaway, families, or friends. We are located 2 miles from Hwy 50 & about 50 miles from Sacramento or So. Lake Tahoe. It's a quick drive to Apple Hill & Placerville. EV drivers, with prior approval, use type2plug $30 charge. Pets MUST be pre-approved; extra $20/night/pet.

If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

The forest garden Adventure cabin is located in a secluded and peaceful location in the heart of Apple Hill. Enjoy wine tasting, agricultural and history tourism, skiing, hiking, golfing, rafting, cycling and many more activities. The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
