This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. La mia mansardina è situata al quarto piano di uno stabile d'epoca, non c'è l'ascensore, ma i gradini sono bassi e non troppo faticosi, vi aiuterò a portare i bagagli. La zona è centrale, due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal terminal autocorriere. Piazza Unità d'Italia è a 10 minuti a piedi. I zona ci sono anche molte linee di bus urbani. Intorno a casa parcheggi non sono a pagamento e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovarne uno libero, in zona ci sono garage pubblici a pagamento.
