Our home is situated on a quiet residential street in a walk able neighborhood just steps away from a beautiful lake and park (with a 3-mi loop to walk or run), coffee shops, restaurants, a movie theater, O'Dells brewery and Little Man ice cream. Walking distance to Empower Field and Meow Wolf. Just a couple of miles west of downtown Denver, we are adjacent to the following NW neighborhoods - LoHi, the Highlands, Berkeley, and Jefferson Park. Easy access to I-70 for mountain trips.
