„Dobrila Ferienhaus“ ist eine gemütliche Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, drei Terrassen, einem Vorgarten und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Posedarje, nur 20 Minuten von Zadar entfernt. Eine wundervolle, ruhige Unterkunft, von der man die historischen Städte und Dörfer, die Kunstfestivals, die Weine und Speisen, die Strände und diese abenteuerliche Wildnis in der Umgebung Zadars erkunden kann. Das Haus ist in einem sicheren Umfeld und ermöglicht völlige Isolation.

Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Isto tako, ležaljke i suncobrani su besplatni i gosti su ih slobodni korisiti. Cijeli objekt je ograđen ogradom.

Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.
