Das 48[m2] große Ferienhaus (einschließlich einer 12[m2] Terrasse) verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das andere ein Doppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer überwachten Anlage mit Spielplatz, Unterstand mit Tischtennisplatte und Tischfußball und anderen Spielsachen für die Kleinen. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Wald und zum Strand sind es weniger als 400 Meter über einen Waldweg.
