The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

Peaceful and lovely cottage on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi with lovely ocean views. Located on the west side of Eyjafjörður, with majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys. The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.

There is a small stream in front of the house, and the house is located in a beautiful valley with a river. It takes 30 minutes to go to Húsavík, Myvatn, Dimmuborgir and it is 40 minutes drive to Akureyri. 10 people can stay in the house.

Hvoll is a farm with horses, sheeps, dog and a cat. It is located in Þingeyjarsveit by road 854. It is a perfect location if you want to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the beautiful places in north Iceland, like: Lake Myvatn (30 km away), Húsavík (27 km away), Goðafoss waterfall (17 km away) and Dettifoss waterfall (68 km away).
