This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

"Casa Pina" is situated in the silent foothills of the Barone fortress, couple of minutes away from historical part of Šibenik and its other tourist attractions. This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017. My studio apartment is near Skradin, town with restaurants, beach and public transport. National park Krka and Prokljan lake is 2 km away and easy to reach. Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Our cozy apartment is located in the city center, on a quiet street, on the ground floor of an old stone house. It is only 3 minutes away from the Diocletian's palace and Riva promenade. Due to its amazing location, the apartment is a part of cultural heritage of Split. Ferry port, bus shuttle station, green and fish market as well as famous beach Bacvice are just minutes away! Nearest markets are just seconds away. :)

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.

Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
