Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! LASPI HOUSE no1 / PRIVATE POOL/SEA VIEW

LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
