Το οίκημα είναι τριώροφο και διαθέτει κουζίνα , σαλόνι, δυο μπάνια και 2 υπνοδωμάτια εκ των οποίων το ένα μπάνιο υπνοδωμάτιο μπορεί να απομονωθεί καθώς διαθέτει ξεχωριστή εξώπορτα.
