Just a few yards from the Arboretum (great for dog walks!), it is also within walking distance of Coleman’s, the Blarney Stone, Recess Coffee and other Syracuse institutions. (One claim to fame of this proud historically Irish neighborhood is that it is home to the only stoplight in the US with the green on top!)

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
