Nestled at the foot of Whitehorse mountain in the midst of the North Cascades, a Shepherd’s Retreat is a working sheep farm. The farm is one of the few historic homestead farms in Snohomish County. Located within the North Cascades there is great hiking amazing views within a half hour drive. The town of Darrington is 5 miles away with restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery. The farmhouse has been recently updated and restored to allow guests maximum comfort, but able to live close to the land.

Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible.
