The Brown Bear Neue Hütte auf 4 abgelegenen Hektar

Die Brown Bear Cabin, auf vier abgelegenen Hektar Land, angrenzend an das Chippawa National Forest Land. Sehr ruhig mit reichlich Wildtieren. Bär, Hirsche, Adler, Eulen und viele andere besuchen das Anwesen in seiner ursprünglichen natürlichen Umgebung. Dieses vom Eigentümer gebaute Haus mit natürlichem Interieur aus norwegischer Kiefer und einem Dekor, das die Natur hereinholt. Sehr ruhig mit reichlich Parkplätzen und nur wenige Minuten von Rad-/Wanderwegen, Yachthäfen, Casino, Restaurants und Tankstellen entfernt. 8 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt von Walker, 10 Meilen bis Hackensack.

Das neue Haus

Diese Immobilie ist einzigartig als ein brandneu gebautes Haus, das du auf der Westseite des Lake Bemidji genießen kannst. Am Morgen kannst du die Seetaucher auf dem See hören, wenn deine Fenster geöffnet sind oder du ruhig auf der hinteren Terrasse sitzt. Du kannst in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen und den Grill in deinem eigenen Rückhof genießen. Am Abend kannst du ein Lagerfeuer oder einen Whirlpool im Hinterhof dieser sicheren Nachbarschaft genießen. Das geräumige Haus ist ideal für Versammlungen, ist haustierfreundlich und Kinder jeden Alters sind willkommen

Fox Hollow Cabin in den Dam Cabins

Im Herzen des Federal Dam gelegen, sind wir möglicherweise nicht auf dem Wasser, aber wir sind günstig gelegen, nur drei Blocks vom legendären Federal Dam und Leech Lake Rec entfernt, wo du vom Ufer aus angeln oder dein eigenes Boot auf dem Leech Lake oder dem Leech River nehmen kannst. Viele andere Angelplätze in angemessener Entfernung. Wir sind auch nur wenige Blocks vom Soo Line Trail nach Norden entfernt, einem 150 Meilen langen ATV-Trail, der sich hervorragend zum Wandern, Radfahren oder zum Mitbringen deiner ATVs eignet.

Relax by the firepit overlooking the lake or stargaze at night. Perfect for a quiet getaway or outdoor adventure. Due to severe family allergies, we cannot host pets of any kind, including assistance animals, but are happy to help find alternate accommodations. Please note: Security Cameras monitor the exterior of the cabin.

My lake cabin is on a public lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a dock, two kayaks, a 16' boat & motor, a small shed by lake, a fire pit & gas grill.
