Villa Zegna is traditional Istrian house with private pool and combines the natural elements of the white stone surrounded by lovely greenery and Mediterranean herbs, close to the local beach where untouched nature offers beautiful coastline with numerous hidden beaches and perfect privacy vacation. The house is located at the lovely Ližnjan, surrounded by untouched nature, securing peace and quiet at all time and just a few minutes drive you can reach the well known tourist resort Medulin.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.
