Its only 1 bedroom have 72x75 bed with matress and 60x75 sofa bed with aircon.. If 2 person price 1300 per nite If more than 2 person have extra charge 300 per person per nite if big group and more than 4 pax we can accommodate by using sofa bed and with only electric fan and charge 200 per person per nite.. Then you can cook with no extra charge all kitchen facilities are supply with salt and pepper..

The newly upgraded Ipil accommodation unit is situated on the first floor within a small wooded enclave within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views. There is some nearby on going light construction 8-5 until end of Feb.
