A large yellow sofa invites you to relax, separating the lounge from the workspace. Two dedicated desks and a versatile table let you combine remote work, creative projects, and shared meals with ease. Music is part of the atmosphere thanks to a ready-to-use amplifier. A beautiful bookshelf awaits your curiosity <3 please return books to their place after reading. Behind a discreet “western” style door lies the bedroom: a bright, cozy retreat with direct access to the terrace, shared with the living room. It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun. I really love my house, so please be kind to it and treat it as it was yours- very important: it is my house- a house where i live in everyday, so it is not perfect. please don't book if you are looking for perfection!! it is an artistic house. it is warm and comfortable and inspiring but NOT perfect. only book it you agree with these conditions. welcome !!!
