Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk der Wohnung des Eigentümers. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ein eigenes Bad und eine Waschküche. Die Insel ist klein, daher sind Wanderwege, der Strand und Restaurants alle in der Nähe.
