El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

Lavendel Apartments está situado a 300 metros de la playa del Puerto, en Colonia Sant Jordi. Todos los apartamentos tienen balcón con vistas al jardín. Disponen de TV vía satélite, caja fuerte y zona de cocina. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece cada tres días y está integrado en el precio, de modo que tendrás el apartamento siempre organizado. Y cambio de toallas y sábanas periódicamente durante la estancia. Cuentan con un espacio gratuito y bien equipado para las bicicletas de sus clientes.

Die Küche (voll ausgestattet) ist im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade geöffnet. Balkon / Terrasse und Waschküche. Kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in allen Zimmern. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
