Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

A "Casa Figueira ", faz parte do nosso trio de casas de alojamento local. É geminada com a "Casa Medronheiro ", e esta por sua vez, com a "Casa Videira". ( ver foto na galeria) Na vila de Aljezur, encontrará Supermercados, Farmácia, Restaurantes e variado comércio Para tal, terá no entanto, de se deslocar sempre de carro (estrada em más condições! ).

Das suas janelas poderá desfrutar da vista desde a Meia Praia até Carvoeiro. O apartamento está localizado a 3 minutos a pé do centro histórico de Lagos, numa zona calma e com facilidade de estacionamento. As praias mais próximas encontram-se a uma caminhada de 10/15 minutos, ou 5 minutos de carro, e o aeroporto de Faro encontra-se a 55 minutos da propriedade.

Praia da Rocha has a small fortress, Santa Catarina, which guards the mouth of the harbour and modern marina, from which the promenade extends with a variety of restaurants, beach bars and nightlife, whilst maintaining its stunning beauty.

Quinta do Arade - casa 4 pétalas

Located near the historical town Silves, in a area with beautiful nature surrounding it. It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Casa Verde is located in Benagil, right in front of the Beach, and close to the famous Benagil Cave! Located next to the Benagil Beach Club, and close to some services, such as Restaurants, Snack-Bar, Boat Trips and Water Activities. Casa Verde consists of 2 Bedrooms and a Mezzanine (2 of them with Private Bathroom), Equipped Kitchen with Dining Area, Living Room, Spacious Terrace with Outdoor Dining Area, Swimming Pool and an Amazing Sea View.

This lovingly restored contemporary open plan spacious house with terraces and a pool, modern kitchen and high beamed ceilings. A special place to relax with stunning views across the valley and the hills.
