The kitchen is very well equipped including a microwave, dishwasher, oven and flat cooktop. The private sundeck has a hot tub and barbeque and offers spectacular views over Silver Star village and beyond to the Monashee Mountain Range. A ski locker is conveniently located at the bottom of the stairs.

This bright & spacious basement suite is close to downtown, beaches, trails, and all amenities. Only 20 minutes to Silverstar! Beautiful Quartz countertops are throughout the suite and the kitchen is very well stocked. The living room has a sectional couch, smart tv, and a 4-piece dining set. In the master a king bed, ensuite bath, and a walk-in closet. Additionally there is in-suite laundry and a second bathroom. Also included are driveway parking, a BBQ, and a shed for storing outdoor gear.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Full sized kitchen, with a Queen size Murphy bed and a queen sofa bed offers a comfortable night’s sleep for 4. Full space is 450 square ft. Foyer is separated by a door to the studio and holds all your gear. Shared Hot Tub for winter use, during the Silverstar Alpine open dates. Limited hot tub use in the summer. This is a Non Smoking Strata.
