There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere! The space is incredibly clean.
