Step into a bright and boldly decorated pad, where every inch feels like an art installation dedicated to 1960s pop art. There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!
