The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Ristrutturata a Gennaio 2023 è In ZTL, a meno di 300 passi da Piazza del Campo e delle maggiori attrazioni della città. L’appart. e’ dotato di ARIA CONDIZIONATA, è al secondo e ultimo piano (30 scalini circa) ed è composto da soggiorno con divano, cucina attrezzata e NUOVA, vista parziale del Duomo di Siena. Due camere da letto, 1 singola (le pareti non sono completamente a soffitto, ma con sufficiente privacy!,visionare le foto) e 1 matrimoniale. 1 bagno e 1 corridoio con armadio a muro.

Virgi House

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

Podere Piazza casa con vista panoramica

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.
