Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Perfectly situated on our working farm just a 10 minute walk from the South West Coast Path on the stunning Jurassic coast near Sidmouth, offering ample opportunity for walking and sea swims.

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

The bathroom has a power shower, W.C and basin. The courtyard garden is perfect for alfresco dining.

Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.
