Within and around houses you can find a lovely covered dinning an relaxing lounge area, stone built barbecue, private swimming pool, sun beds and lounge sitting area to enjoy every moment of your vacation. The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

The holiday house "KULAK" was built in 1943g. and has been restored 2017 / 2018g. The object is dominated by original stone walls and wooden beams.The holiday house "KULAK" is located in the small village of Badžimi, far from Sibenik, about 18km. The village is quiet with only about 20 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. This is rarely in Dalmatia where you can still see live sheep or cows.

Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? No city noise, no neighbors, huge garden with fruits and vegetables, you can swing in a shade where and read a book, outside area to enjoy family time etc. All you need to do is to make sure you rent a car to get here. Nearby is National Park Krka, Monastery island Visovac, zipline Cikola, waterfall Roski slap etc. You can enjoy hiking, trekking, biking around the house.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
