The location is unmatched, being less than a half mile walk to both Short Sands, Long Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Also includes an outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit on the patio, and a large back deck with grill overlooking the backyard.

When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. Kittery Cottage is a private, newly built property located 1.5 miles from the charming city of Portsmouth and minutes from many of the seacoast beaches. With a ten minute walk to Kittery Foreside you have access to many restaurants and shops. The Kittery outlets are less than 2 miles away.
