The cottage and the owners home are on a large corner city lot, divided by parking area and owners yard. The private cottage yard includes an herb garden, blueberries and a patio. Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in the charming Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king size bed to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Just a block away from a grocery store where you can stock up on essentials and two blocks away from a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. You'll never be bored with all the options available to you! Each bedroom has a 12k BTU window AC unit.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.
