Situated 5-minutes from town, and just over an hour from Sydney, this coastal villa enjoys complete seclusion. Wander the on-site trails, explore 200 acres of rainforest, and meet grazing livestock on your way. Follow the coastal walking track, and you’ll be in town in no time. Your surfboard won’t look out of place leaning against the wood-post fence around this farm. In fact, just beyond that fence, a grass track leads to Werri Beach. After a morning swim, head back to Ocean Farm for espresso on the terrace. Work on your tan in a sun lounger by the pool’s edge. Or, enjoy the sea breeze from inside while you catch a rugby game on the projector screen. For lunch, fire up the barbecue in the courtyard and play a round of foosball while you’re waiting for the burgers to get that perfect char. Later, sip local wine while you watch the sunset over endless sea views. The point breaks at either end of Werri Beach are perfect for first-time surfers. In between, a sandy stretch of calm waters awaits for family swimming. And, the shops on the beach’s edge are known for their delicious fish and chips. The Beach House

The Beach House Gerroa is one of the South Coast's premier luxury beachfront residences. This newly renovated exceptional hamptons style house occupies a stunning location right on the beach front at Gerroa. The house sleeps 10, in 3 queen bedrooms (all with ensuites) and a cool 4 person bunk room for the kids. With multiple lounge rooms, living areas, 2 open sandstone fireplaces a huge balcony with inbuilt BBQ, lounge and dining for 10 plus another balcony with spa there is plenty of space.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 indoor living spaces both with TV's, one has a gorgeous fireplace. Outdoor deck with BBQ, dining table and outdoor sofa seating, adjacent to firepit and 12m pool. Everything you need and walking distance (1km) to the wonderful Highlands village of Bundanoon. There is a garage/barn on site which is not available for use but there is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Strict no party policy & noise should be in keeping with the quiet location.
