Diese private Halbinsel ist seit 75 Jahren ein Kurzurlaub in Northwoods, früher als Resort und jetzt als einzigartige Sammlung von nur drei Blockhütten. Dieses Inserat ist für Blockhütte Nr.2, eine gehobene Hütte, die direkt am Wasser liegt. Jede Hütte verfügt über eine eigene Feuerstelle, einen Picknicktisch, einen Grill und Adirondack-Stühle. Die Fasssauna für 6 Personen, Kajaks und alle anderen Außenbereiche werden von allen Gästen gemeinsam genutzt. Wir sind nur 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, Mt. Itasca, Tioga MTB Trails und der Chippewa Nat'l Forest.

My lake cabin is on a public lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a dock, two kayaks, a 16' boat & motor, a small shed by lake, a fire pit & gas grill.
