LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
