Quiet stay on 76 acres land with pool!

Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Historic Schoolhouse Minutes From Jay Peak

After a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing, come take a swing at our charming historical cottage. Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

Les centres de ski de Sutton et Bromont sont à 20 minutes. Les spas de Bolton, Sutton et Bromont sont à 20-25 minutes. La maison, bien équipée, compte 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Parfait pour les couples, une famille ou un rassemblement entre amis.

Chalet de 2 chambres situé au Lac d'Argent, Eastman, dans les Cantons-de-l'Est (1h15 de Montréal). L'accès au lac est à 100 mètres du chalet, soit 3 maisons plus loin. Les familles avec jeunes enfants apprécieront la plage de sable et la faible dénivellation du lac. Apportez votre planche à pagaie ou utilisez nos kayaks pour une belle balade sur ce magnifique lac, offrant une vue imprenable sur le mont Orford et autres sommets de l'Estrie. Limite autorisée de 2 véhicules stationnés.

Built in 1864, you will be charmed by this Victorian house that offers five (5) bedrooms, four (4) bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. For group above 14, there is a dormitory in the basement that can accomodate up to 4 peoples (4 twin beds or 2 kings) and a private bathroom. Rest and relax in this ancestral home that offers a peaceful environment, perfect as a remote office with reliable, unlimited Wi-Fi or a much needed retreat with plenty of family activities.

After your exploratory day with family or friends, you light the wood-burning fireplace with your favorite aperitif, and then enjoy a good meal around the large dining table perched on the lake. Everything is in place for a memorable evening. The outdoor fireplace and dips in the hot tub will lead you to a cozy night's sleep. In the morning, you will take the suspension bridge to settle down on the platform and enjoy your coffee while appreciating the splendid view
