Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Peaceful Rural Retreat. Cosy first floor two room apartment in a private wing of Apple Orchard Farmhouse. A place to base and explore, work from or to unwind after work. Our place is a smallholding and have two vintage tractors that still do the work. Walks in the countryside directly from the doorstep along footpaths and canal towpaths and many other attractions.
