Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out….all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.
