The apartment is within the safe and secure complex of Martinique, located in Rock Lane, a very popular fishing spot and a mere 5-minute walk to Thompsons Bay beach, one of only 2 blue flag beaches. Although not effected by loadshedding, an inverter provides peace of mind with battery backup for all lights, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine and fridge, and the ability to use the gas stovetop during any power outages.

I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.
