On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Dencala

Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.

Inlet views, sleeps nine, well-equipped kitchen, wood fire, Smart TV (digital channels, Netflix, Stan etc), free wifi access, DVD's, adult & childrens books, board games/toys, jigsaws, secure backyard, front and rear decking, fish cleaning area and ample parking. Foxtrot Flats Farm

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm and small unassuming house which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
