Beachfront apartment 71 m2 with a balcony of 20 m2. Two bedrooms, both facing the beach. Located in the city (surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc) in the middle of a 2.900 m seaside road, ideal for walks and bicycle rides. Everything you may need (banks, children's playgrounds, general hospital etc) is within a radius of 1.500 m. Ideal for families with children. Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.
