Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. It is an area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.
