The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. The modern bathroom is equipped with spacious shower and offer everything you need to start the day with energy. You will also be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, so you can make the most of Seville's lively city life. Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
