Relax and unwind in this tranquil space, a short stroll to the charming high street of West Malling with its boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. The annexe is set in the grounds of our family home, overlooking gardens and fields of the Kent countryside. It has parking and its own separate entrance, accessed via a key box. The space is light and airy with a king size bed, table, sofa, living area, kitchenette and en-suite. Ideal for a couples retreat or to use as a base to explore the area.

The Summerhouse is a modern barn conversion located on the Flagpole Cottage estate with the main house dating back to 1650 in quaint and friendly Tandridge Village. The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Set in the ancient picturesque village of Wrotham, a self contained lovingly converted annex with a private entrance. A two min walk to the village high street with its three pubs and village shop. Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. The exposed oak beamed barn is situated next to a traditional oast house, perfect for romantic getaways and people who want to escape the fast pace of everyday life.
