This property is within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail. Just a short drive to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts and PA's largest state park, Ohiopyle. Our newly renovated home sleeps up to 10 people. Features include: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pellet stove, outdoor grill, central air, and radiant heated floors in the addition. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.

Make memories at our unique mountain home, constructed by the same builder as the original 7 Springs lodge. The house is meticulously maintained & it sits on 3 wooded acres. Located on a private street, it’s only 5 minutes from the entrance to 7 Springs. Enjoy the hot tub on our expansive decks, which overlook a private/stocked pond (catch / release). Great home for a weekend on the slopes or a large family vacation. Enjoy our fire pit, two large masters & two 60" TV's w/ cable.

One of a kind Lord of The Rings themed Hobbit House. With hidden surprises around every turn. You won't be able to stop uncovering the small details that will add to your enjoyment of your stay. Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

****Please read entire description of property*** Main cottage (available year-round) - 1 bedroom, 1 sleep sofa in living room, 1 full bath, 1 half bath off kitchen Additional creek-side cabin (only available April 1- November 1 - $85/night plus $50 cleaning fee) - 1 bedroom, sofa, 1 full bath, dry kitchenette We never rent the creek-side cabin separately from the main cottage. If you do not need to rent it, you will still have access to the creek-side deck.
