200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

Treehouse Cabin in great location 15 minutes to Boone and Blowing Rock and only 10 minutes to Sugar Mountain. Inside has a cozy feel with views of the treetops and mountainside! Conveniently located minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and you can even take a walking trek to the top of Sugar! An easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock. Byrd's Eye View welcomes your furry family members as well. ($65 pet fee. Maximum of two pets allowed.)
