Resede attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. E' presente una bella piscina sopraelevata con alcuni giochi e barbecue Forma la proprietà, oltre la colonica, un’oliveta di circa 1 ettaro, nella quale si è ricavato spazi attrezzati adibiti ad un completo relax. La Suite ha un ingresso privato che porta direttamente al piano superiore della colonica, permettendo la massima privacy agli ospiti. La colonica è parte di un piccolo vecchio borgo abitato da 4 unità familiari molto discreti e simpatici. La superficie della suite è di 90 mq ed è composta da tinello con angolo cottura, ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una mansarda abitabile (particolare la porticina di dimensioni 1,2 mt) con 3 letti singoli. Ambiente molto luminoso e immerso nella completa tranquillità della campagna è dotato di aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, wifi free 24 ore. I proprietari mettono a disposizione la zona lavanderia. parcheggio privato scoperto. i proprietari lieti di accogliere i loro ospiti, si mettono a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problemi. Il piccolo borgo è abitato da altre tre famiglie molto gentile e discrete, pronte ad aiutare l'ospite. Tavarnelle dista km 25 da Firenze, 15 da San Gimignano, 35 da Siena. - A breve saranno visibile le immagini dell'esterno, piscina, giardino e oliveta attrezzata. Chiediamo cortesemente di attendere. La struttura ricettiva è distante dal centro di Tavarnelle km. 5 circa. il centro storico è dotato di tutti i servizi x il cittadino ed il turista : poste, polizia, comune, pronto soccorso, supermercato, trattorie, pizzerie, banche ecc. Inoltre nel periodo estivo si susseguono vari eventi musicali piccoli mercati artigianali infine si svolge, tutti i giovedì mattina, il classico mercato comunale. Luoghi di interesse (borghi medievali) intorno a Tavarnelle : San donato in Poggio km. 12 circa. Barberino val d'elsa km. 6. Distanze dalle città d'arte : Tavarnelle - Firenze km. 25 circa Tavarnelle - san Gimignano / Monteriggioni km. 20 circa Tavarnelle - Siena km. 35 circa. Negli spazi esterni organizzati è presente una piscina tipo FUORI TERRA, le dimensioni sono : 10 mt. X 5 mt., con profondità 1,20 mt. completa lo spazio piscina un bagno con doccia. Nel resede, gli ospiti, hanno a disposizione un bel tavolo con barbecue. Tutta l'area oliveta è a loro disposizione con la massima privacy. I proprietari, a richiesta dell'ospite, possono prenotare tour escursionistici o wine - testing appoggiandosi a professionisti. Il prezzo di eventuale prenotazione del tour non è incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno. Il piccolo borgo un tempo è stato una fortezza militare, successivamente una Pieve o luogo di culto e dall'inizio del xx secolo abitato da contadini. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.
