Wine and Tapas with the Locals, by Electric Bicycle, off-the-beaten-track experience. Join us for a full day out on e-bikes through two typical white Andalucian villages which tourism has not touched. We stop briefly and watch as life goes by, just like stepping back in time. After our first stop we cycle approximately 12kms through rolling countryside until we reach our first stop for wine and tapas. After sampling some fine cuisine and chatting to the locals we continue on our e-bikes, and are rewarded with a glorious 5km descent before reaching our second white village. After time to explore this delightful place and hearing about it's history we ride a few more kms to our final destination for a scrumptious late lunch before returning to Ronda. Duration 6-7 hours, cycling approx 25km. includes wine, tapas, lunch and pick-up / drop off at Ronda. Other things to note: You will be fully guided by us, electric bikes are safe and easy to ride but ability to ride a regular bike is necessary. We will provide instruction for the e-bikes and a practice ride before we set off for the day.

Day 1 Horseback riding in the nature in the morning, after the riding a homemade Spanish lunch in the garden, in the afternoon time to relax by the pool or in the garden. Day 2 morning ride to the top of the mountain El Hacho with a spectacular view over Alora and the landscape. Other things to note The riding and horses are suitable for both beginners and experienced riders, so we offer both possibilities. The trip and horses will be adjusted to your riding skills and we have good saddles etc. Riding Helmets are provided and mandatory. Day 2 Riding in the beautiful Spanish nature, authentic Spanish lunch in the lemon grove, riding at the top of the mountain El Hacho and experiencing the fantastic views of Alora and the valley of sun. You will see olive trees, lemon trees, and all the amazing landscape surrounding the mountains. The horses are in very good condition and trained for going on hacks with tourists and carrying both beginners and experienced riders. Riding in the beautiful nature 2 hours, delicious lunch in the lemon grove, relax by the pool or in the garden. Riding next day to the top of the mountain El Hacho to experience the amazing view of Alora and the valley of sun as it is called Other things to note Riding Helmets are provided and mandatory. Beginners and experienced riders are welcome Day 3 We will ride out to a beautiful spot in the olive groves, saddle off and take a break enjoying the view and having an authentic Spanish picnic lunch with local tapas and wine. After the picnic we will ride back to the hotel and lemon farm.

A vuestra llegada os encontraréis con una impresionante exposición de fotografías en el parking, espacio diseñado por Stefano Robotti. Empezaremos el itinerario en el Greenhouse que combina diferentes espacios e incluye una almazara artesanal, sala de proyecciones, barra gastronómica, sala de catas y dos terrazas. Para comenzar la visita, se proyectará un video de cinco minutos que explica la historia y el origen del aceite de oliva, así como el proceso de producción. Seguimos con el recorrido entre olivares y viñedo ecológico durante el cual encontraremos varias sorpresas de Philippe Starck. Terminaremos el recorrido con una degustación de aceite de oliva orgánico de las diferentes variedades de aceitunas.

We prepare the horses, clean/shower them, saddle them and go riding in the amazing nature. We cross the river, ride through olive groves, fields, mountains, through the lemon grove and we adjust the trip to the guest’s ability to ride. We have horses both for beginners and experienced riders. I will take photos during the riding, which I send you afterwards. After riding we have something to drink at the hotel. At Donkey Dreamland we can offer you, your family and your friends a very special and unique experience. Join Donkey Dreamland rescue centre in their daily activities taking care of the rescued donkeys. Guests will arrive at the sanctuary where I will introduce myself and tell some of the story of Donkey Dreamland's formation and speak about the experiences of some of the donkeys. You will also have the opportunity to experience the life of the volunteers, looking after the donkeys. This will include feeding, cleaning their stables and paddocks, grooming, applying cures. After an introduction to the work of the sanctuary and a safety talk, you will take a walk with the donkeys, enjoying the company of these amazing creatures as well as experiencing the amazing countryside surrounding the sanctuary. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife and olive trees, you will find it hard to believe that you are just 5 minutes drive from the beach, except that for the most part you will have an enticing view of the sea, when you are not gazing into the loving eyes of the donkeys. Please note that this experience previously provided an Andalusian Brunch, but this has now been replaced by "snacks and nibbles" and the price reduced accordingly. On the explorer tour, with a bit of effort, you will adventure to the foothills of the Sierra Blanca. You will cycle along traditional trails to visit unspoilt white villages like Istán where we can have a quick drink and experience the traditional Andalusian way of life. Then back on the bikes to discover the beauty of the Mediterranean forest and enjoy spectacular views back down to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Mediterranean far below. You will receive full instructions on using your E-MTB so that you can safely enjoy the beauty of the Mountains and get to where only the toughest and strongest cyclists could reach before. This tour requires previous experience riding a bike. A part of the tour is being done off-road. 1) We will meet at the offices of the Aceites Molisur oil mill. 2) Once there, we went to the oil museum to discover how olive oil was made more than 100 years ago. It will be amazing to see the machinery of this centennial mill in operation. 2) We will taste three olive oils, so you will learn to differentiate the nuances and aromas of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 3) We will finish the tour visiting the current manufacturing factory, during this tour you will discover how we make our "gold liquid"! You will also visit our exclusive cellar, as it is the only stainless steel cellar that can be visited in Spain. During the tour you will enjoy wonderful views of the entire valley! Te recibiré en el patio de la quesería desde donde disfrutarás de vistas de Sierra Crestellina, y con suerte, verás buitres leonados . Te contaré sobre nuestra familia y cómo comenzó todo en 1930. Con tu gorro y delantal, mezclaremos juntos en una olla la leche y el cuajo para hacer nuestra receta familiar de queso fresco. Después vamos a las cabrerizas y a la sala de ordeño. Verás de cerca a las cabras, te explicaré sobre su día a día, sobre la raza, sobre la labor del cabrero, y si te atreves, podrás ordeñar de forma tradicional. Luego veremos en la cabreriza al resto del rebaño. Seguiré contándote curiosidades esta raza y su importante papel en la naturaleza. Después verás cómo salen directamente a la montaña, dónde pasarán todo el día y noche, para regresar a la mañana siguiente. Mientras las ves subiendo, haré una demostración de tiro con honda, una herramienta ancestral que los cabreros usamos para dirigir el rebaño. Te contaré como cuidamos el planeta desde Crestellina . Volveremos al patio donde nuestra leche se habrá cuajado y la cortaremos hasta conseguir la textura perfecta. Sacaremos el suero, y por fin, podrás hacer tu propio queso usando una pleita de fibra natural. Luego haremos una degustación de nuestros quesos, compartiré curiosidades y te enseñaré a hacer una analítica sensorial como un maestro quesero. Terminaremos brindando con un buen vino local.

Tajo I y II es una vía ferrata sencilla, ideal para principiantes, fácil y emocionante con dificultad K1 . En esta actividad disfrutarás del paisaje natural que ofrece el Tajo de Ronda, mientras asciendes por sus paredes verticales, dejándote cautivar por las impresionantes vistas

Unete a nosotros Mike y Nicolas para navegar durante 3 horas en el mar (si el tiempo lo permite) a bordo del yate Ohana, partiendo desde el puerto pesquero de Marbella en el lado este de la ciudad. Navegarás aproximadamente a unas 2 millas de la costa, disfrutando del paisaje de Marbella y sus playas, Puerto Banús o la montaña de La Concha, todo visto desde un ángulo diferente. Una vista que no mucha gente tiene el privilegio de ver. En alguna ocasión se pueden avistar grupos de delfines y con un poco de suerte se acercarán y nadarán junto al barco. Si no hay viento, usaremos el motor para salir, por lo que aún puede experimentar los placeres de estar en el mar en un yate. Relájese y tome el sol en la cubierta o salte al agua para darse un baño o pruebe nuestra tabla de Stand Up Paddle.
